I prefer to kill villagers that talk too little (and yes that means you PB ) especially if they are otherwise very talkative. In WW1 you had 24 posts in one day here you have exactly 2. Trying too hide that you sleep in the barn because you're busy at night?
@Selrahc: sorry this is a game and I will happily lynch whom ever I find right to lynch no matter if it is his first game or not. Or are you,as one with lot of experience, volunteering to climb the gallow?

Roland- I enjoy reading your more concise posts much more than the essays from last game Don't feel compelled to write exceedingly large posts just because people associate them as being your "thing" or whatever. As several people have noted, you write quite well- but reading walls of text is monotonous regardless of the quality of their composition. Apologies if this post seems patronizing, btw- my intention is only to encourage you to carry on with your present style.

Nah, not patronizing at all. I do need to find balance, in more than just my involvement in the game (although my posting style [length?] should naturally follow a more balanced approach to the game).
Personally, I'm liking Irgy and Lewwyn as possibilities at the moment, although I won't say I'd miss MJW. It's all well and good to say he MUST be a Villager, but we don't have any proof. Besides, his contributions are questionable, his likelihood in getting mod-killed higher than average, and his overall behavior not conducive to ferreting out 'Wolves via actual processes. His main goal is generally to lie through his teeth and hope someone slips up because of it - not the greatest strategy, IMHO, so I can't say I'd miss seeing him even if he is a Villager.
I need to review the thread a bit more before I come to a final decision, but I'm comfortable with my Lewwyn vote for the time being - I'm still deciding whether he truly is just that fired up, or whether he's a 'Wolf and trying to fit (break) the Villager mold.

It is a game, but I'd prefer it was a fun one. In the first two days it is likely that all evidence will be sketchy at best. Maybe it might be worth holding in suspicions of new players for the first few days, to create a more fun initial atmosphere? I certainly think so. Just because things are a game doesn't mean that they must be taken dead serious. In fact I'd hope it meant the reverse.
Is it really that onerous a burden for you? To not kill new players for just two days?
And, no, I'm not volunteering to be lynched. I know that isn't in the best interests of the village, because I know my own role. That would be actively bad play by me, rather than just (possibly) mildly sub-optimal.
I wouldn't be too put out about being night killed though. Whoever the wolves kill is going to be innocent, so I'd rather it was me than a first timer.

Since I am no longer going to die I choose to switch my vote to :drumroll: Lewwyn He was an avid talker who wanted to move the lynch votes around and now that he is close to the top he has stoped talking.
Also mayor vote Bruindane idk if this helps him or somthing but he seems to know the cast of charecters well.

Being little kids has absolutely nothing to do with it. I'm not suggesting that anyone is going to go off in a huff if they get killed.
Day 1 and Day 2 have much less solid reasoning than any other day. To be killed off on those days, whether by night kill or day kill, is a little irritating.
I think it would be a more pleasant game to play in if those semi-random kills aren't happening to players who haven't played before.
I'm not asking for blanket immunity from suspicion for those players. And if someone does something truly suspicious, they probably deserve to be lynched or night killed.
It's just a suggestion, but I think it is one that makes the game a more pleasant one. If new players are killed before they get a chance to do anything at all it hurts the game.
It was also a suggestion more directed at the wolves than the villagers. Since it looks like a firsttimer isn't going to be lynched today.

I appreciate the vote for mayor, Fire&Ice. I do think Rowain has a better chance to catch novice though. Sorry [strike] Meiz[/strike].
[strike] Irgy[/strike] appears safe today, so I'll toss my menhir at Pocketbeetle. I'll be tossing a fresh menhir at you tomorrow Irgy.
The recent debate isn't particular informative, but voting for PB will put him within reach of MJW and Lewwen and I'm hoping that is helpful.

Firstly, I couldn't agree more. Thank you for putting forth your thoughts on the matter Selrahc - I think it's an admirable goal, and truly within the spirit of what Realms Beyond is all about (not just Variant Scum, but fostering a helpful, friendly community).
That said, I can't see why you (Rowain) would take such a firm stance against what was merely a polite request for fairness, equality, and enjoyment for all. Frankly, I'm a little put off by your attitude, although maybe part of that is the language barrier. At any rate, it's making me inclined to start a bandwagon against you. :neenernee Shouldn't be too hard, after all.
Anyway, the gears are already turning for me. Of course, I'm probably way off, but I already have a few people lined up to keep an eye on. I don't think we've struck gold on anyone yet, to be quite honest (although it is still too early to tell, unfortunately).
16 hours to go... suddenly it doesn't seem like so much.

For the benefit of other non-Americans, I looked it up:
PST = GMT-7
9pm PST deadline = 4am GMT = just under 4 hours from now.
For the benefit of myself:
= 3pm Sydney time (at GMT+11)
Is 9pm PST still the relevant time? I don't know. I can't tell when the synchronisation post was made, it seemed to be in the middle of the night, more like 3am not 3pm for me. Which is exactly as different as you can get, so I'm confused. Have I got my AMs and PMs confused or something?
