Lewwyn Wrote:Yeah Rowain's a goner so the wolves will vote to kill him off as well, Mardoc.

Some of us just can't see this stuff until we're hit over the head with it. It beats me why the heck I signed up for this when I couldn't really see stuff in WWI or WWII until the other lurkers pointed it out, but quitting now would just let you all down. I feel I have to give the village my best effort anyway, even though I'm apparently the best decoy the wolves ever had!

Yes, I've voted wrong just about every time we've had a vote. Yes, my arguments suck because I just can't see the evidence that's apparently right out in the open! No, I'm not a wolf, and I shouldn't be lynched, because we can only bleeping afford two more failures!

I hate to be dragging down the village like this. I feel nearly certain at this point that I'm going to be one of our mislynches, despite the best I can do about it, unless the last two wolves slip up, or it turns out that none of you know anything either and we kill two more villagers before it gets to my turn! If there were some fair way to do it, I'd probably have quit a day or two ago, despite Sareln's excellent writeups, but I'm not going to be another Cull or Bruindane. I signed up and I'm in this to the end, or at least my end.

I suppose it's likely for the village to win without me; heck, it seems likely that we'll win without most of the village. Maybe it would be better for me not to be voting in the end days. But that's no reason for me to quit.

I started out with a goal of finding the wolves and pointing them out clearly. You all laughed at me, except the actual wolves. Then it became a goal of at least voting for the wolves, even if I couldn't convince anyone. Look how well that's turned out. I'm down to hoping that I can at least keep the villagers I know to be innocent alive, which is me and Ichabod. Pretty soon it seems my goal will have to be to cheer from the sidelines and hope you kill a wolf before the wolf kills you.

Ah, what's the use. It's bedtime here; maybe I'll see you in the morning.

Maybe I'm naive, but I believe you Mardoc. That post strikes me as heartfelt, although I cannot quite intellectually quantify why.

Man, the case against Rowain does seem pretty compelling. Certainly more compelling than any of our recent lynches.

But Jkaen is on the board, and I've been leary of him for a while. It is still very strange to me the way he found the time to post TONS of content when pressure came his way, and then almost nothing since. And someone made the point that it would be hard for a villager to be that wrong. Of course, the counter-argument would be that a wolf would never risk being that wrong, but given all the reverse psychology that goes on here, perhaps that was the entire point?

I like that people aren't taking the game too seriously at the moment. There has certainly been some bizarre goings-on of late, and humor seems appropriate. Lewwyn and Roland are cracking me up.

One thing I've been thinking about since Bruindane was revealed was the whole Bob-picture-post-time thing. I bet he really did mess up and make that picture beforehand. Pretty hilarious in hindsight. That whole DST excuse was pretty brilliant if he really did mess up.

Jkaen for now. I will probably end up changing if no one else bothers to vote with me.

Where's the shallow end? I can't seem to find it.

That was the first place you dove into, before I showed you the other side. Remember? Do we need to get you your arm floaties again? I hope you didn't lose your goggles!

It's okay I can touch the bottom! I just need to hold my breath.

@Mardoc, I threw your name on the 100% wolf list on purpose, since I was unsure of your status. More leaning to the villager camp, but still not enough. Since none of my wolf suspects even mentioned you by name (at least I don't recall anything), I'm inclined to believe that you are a villager. The wolves would not like nothing more than me pushing a crusade against you.

So, cheer up and let's catch some wolves (starting with Rowain) alright

Pretty sure there are three wolves left... maybe you forgot to count yourself? smile

The problem with my activity, that I think somebody else mentioned at some point is that all the discussion in this village seems to happen when I am off asleep.

As for the blitz of text, that was basically a whole dfay of work, which I could get away with at the time as we were quiet, but right now we are pretty busy so I can't devote that amount of time.
