Novice sent it about an hour ago and the tracker page seems to reflect that.

I just got the save from Kyan

I'll be using Ruff's PBEM Emailer to send the save to the tracker (Ruff's program hunts down the save file and sends the email for me, I just click a button).

If you like you can get GPS emails at the same time. Slightly redundant, but still. So let me know if you want to be notified whenever I pass on the save. Regoarrar, if you want that I need your email address.

Kyan, I can also set the Emailer up to email a copy of the save directly to you, in case the tracker doesn't work. Would you like that?

I don't want to cause unnecessary hiccups in getting this game going, but did we ever randomize who goes first? Considering this is a PBEM, there are advantages in going first in the turn order and at least my memory of setting up past games is that the turn order is usually decided but then the person who starts gets randomized. I may have missed us doing that, but I don't seem to remember that second step occurring.

That's a question for plako, but I doubt he randomized it. We've only just started what will be a long game, so if you feel strongly we should do this I have no objections.
