Capital Land

So as you can see Ichabod left me some nice tile markers as initial guidelines. The capital is up to size 4, reasonable in this wasteland, and is now trying for a Settler.
The Three Warriors in the Capital area are positioned evenly, One for the City, One on Worker Protection and one at the south to hook up with the settler I assume.
There are a few Dangers to watch out for, Griffins can be killers for early settler pushes and Ichabod has been marking when he sees the one currently circling the Dwarf Nation.
The Sign for the City is visable and a good enough second city to grab.

Scouting

The Warrior acting as a long range scout has wandered into a large desert in the south. Apart from luxery resources, not much here. It comes to mind that Springed Oasis and desert tiles means that this region could actually be the most profitable long term area found so far...

The City stats for those who are interested. I could post a shot of the tech screen but this early that is pointless. Much easier to just list that the Dwarves have;
- Agriculture
- Crafting
- Ancient Chants
And are currently getting education. So I assume the plan for an early start for a cottage economy won out in the end.

Foreign Information
I've provided the graphs, The Dwarves have contact with the Monks, Centuers and Fishermen so you get a nice comparison so far.
Here is also the Demeograph screen for a better all round overview
Everyone is even enough in GNP, but someone is way ahead on production, I'd assume someone has either got mysticism or Mining, either tech advantage doesn't bode well. The Golden Dwarves really need the money from the runes religion to themselves and many of the others could be eyeing it with their greedy little eyes...
With food we are a little ahead of the pack, i'd assume either the Kuriotates are in first and still growing their super city, Although maybe the lanun got really lucky. Against land like this if they got up some pirate coves they could really steam ahead.
I have no idea who the nation is with 5 food though. Maybe someone going production heavy...
...
It's far to early for a Hippus horse rush right? So far we are number one in soilders so no fear of that.

Any thoughts to add Haphazard1?
