So I wonder what Darrell's microing. Maybe he's going for the Pyramids, being philosophical.
It would be really sweet if the Pyramids remain unclaimed long enough that we can just research Maths, pop down a city in a forest somewhere and one-turn chop it.
I have to run.
Got it.
Ok, our warrior continues the exploration in the SW. And we double-whip, triple-chop a settler (that's plenty - the idea is overflow completion of a fast worker). Having to play the save three times meant renaming our third fast worker three times. I'd actually forgotten the third time so Clint is born once more.
I think our third city should go SW of the copper, for corn/fish/copper. We could even make it our second city and put TGLh there. That requires a new micro plan from this turn, though.
There's another problem with the current micro plan - it has us chopping a forest that doesn't exist.
I have to run.

Is that on the hill? I did think that city could move either way. We're far from settled on the dotmap. Sounds like the microplan needs a little work. I was planning to leave the save for you for a bit anyway, let you play some turns. You were offline this morning, though, so I couldn't resist keeping the turn moving.
Btw, Darrell was the third player to found a second city, and now has cities size 4 and 1.
I have to run.

Okay, even though fish/corn/copper is a stronger site than our planned GLH site, I don't think it can build GLH by T38 due to a lack of forests. So I think our second city goes where it's currently planned. Now let's see if we can make up for the missing forest...
