Sure! Lewwyn declared war since he wants TRD's city. Have to take a look at the save to see if he can take it and if we can make a deal.

Hmmm.... Ruff is almost gone. TRD is gone.

Went into another GA while building Taj Mahal. No one has Nationalism yet.
Seven is way ahead techwise so I don't think I can ever catch up to him, but 24T of GA should help a bit.

Seven "helped" razing Ruff's final mainland city, so he has a 1-pop island city left. Not going to bother myself with that. I reallu screwed up my attack there. Must remember to use Catapults everyturn when next to a city I want attack. Hit me in the shower after the attack how stupid that was off me. Ruff must have laughed his eyes out...

Anyways... TM build, so 19T of GA left. Going to tech Eng - RP - Gunpowder - Rifling and then maybe something down the naval line since I'm really lacking there.

Asked Seven if he wanted to head north together. Must keep your friends close, but your enemies closer. I can look into Lewwyn's cities and he has a nice army ready up north. Nothing my Riflemen can't handle once I have Rifling, but still. Going to send most Cataphracts up there (hence the delayed Eng research).

Win? I'm just glad I got so far.
I think my best option is to get Lewwyn at my side in the showdown with Seven, survive and then see whether I can tech for space or have to go the military route. Don't know yet, just see what's going to happen and play the cards I'm dealt.

Okay, win is not an option. I'll get a 2-front war at t180 and I don't have Rifles in time... What can Just going to whip Muskets like crazy, I think.
Not that worried about Lewwyn, but Seven...banghead yikes

Any advice on this situation, Lurkers?

Thanks! Got a GE I used to bulb Gunpowder (1T tech now) and need 5T for Rifling. That will finish T183, 3 turns after the war has started. So I switched to NH now to start drafting Muskets next turn.

Lost 3 cities already. Going down fast! Hope Seven goes for Conquest.
Not a lot I can do with my tech disadvantage.
