Spaceman, I wanted you to play PBEM13 since I've been working on a continued micro plan for PBEM17. I have the autosaves from the sim I did that got us The Pyramids eot53, so I've started typing it up. There are some nice moves in there but also some room for optimization, I suspect. I've bolded some candidates. Anyway, it's a starting point.

It's a pity you can't grow more than 1 pop every turn... The results here actually (EDIT: do not) differ slightly from my sandbox, [strike]I think maybe something related to how growth is handled differs between SP and PBEM.[/strike]

Anyway, next turn we go back to a settler build here, and I expect the city will grow to size 5 while building the settler, and then we'll whip it back to size 3.

I'd say this reaffirms our dotmap, an island city between the cows and horses seems natural.

I guess we need to answer Darrell's legal team.

Two complaints:
- Their city will cut us off from additional sites on the jungle arm
- StM might give us a better price for Preferred Religion Status

Maybe point this out and ask for a screenshot of the proposed site and ask them when they'll have Writing, we'll have Writing eot45, so they could offer OB on T46 and we could accept it on T46. That's our timeline for negotiation.
