Implode's project is rekindled from ashes

If anybody cares for a MoM remake, there is some interesting news:


Implode is not gone. The guy has been seen recently on his own forum saying he is re-entering his project. See this link.


While MP is probably not my kind of entertainment, I hold a lot of respect for his magnificent effort. This MoM remake is surely the closest one to completion. If he's ever to finish it, I guess Implode needs some interest and support from others. Maybe some people here may offer him assistance (Whitemage with AI?), though he used to be determined to finish everything on his own. Anyway, you may visit his site and support him. Thanks for the interesting info. We all cross fingers for him to succeed. However, he does not appear to be interested in this being a collaborative project and does not share code. Once his code is playable, balanced and interesting enough for at least single player, not to mention multiplayer I probably will offer AI help to him as well. As I remember his last version was called 0.9.5, which I think was more like a 0.5 from what I have read and seen. So this will likely take many more years. All seems to be a long shot to me at this point. Meanwhile I am interested in helping the more recent MOM programmer candidates, such as Jack or VM. I think it should be a collaborative project and I have specific ideas how. Anyone interested, PM or Skype me.
