Racial Modifiers

What are the racial reaction modifers between the races in Orion 1? You know, how one race reacts initally toward the other.

Also, Does anyone have the table on the various races and their research level modifiers. Some races are stronger than others in certain fields.

You can check the game manual for that info. Jon Sullivan's site has it available in pdf, if your own manual isn't handy any more.
