SG4-Immortality Scares Me

I spent a couple hours on my last 10 turns. Playing five should work if you lack the time.

Not sure we want factories. There probably isn't time to pay back the hammers investment.

Sorry, hoped to get to 10 turns when my youngest was asleep this afternoon, but he woke up early and I already had played for almost one and a half hour. Hope to get 10 turns in next round.

Luddite, you're up!

Ok, I'll probably just blitz kublai with whatever we've got down there.

Both the Ragnar cities down there have seafood, so they are both solid. But I would just ignore the barb cities. They are the epitome of shitty ice cities. If we need them for the Dom limit, we can come back later, but for now, they will be a total drag on the economy.

Playing this now. I finished off Ragnar, and then had to wait a few turns to declare on Kublai because of enforced peace. But then I almost finished him off on the first turn lol.

I look forward to the report. If it is in early enough, I might try to play tonight.

Ok, finally finished this. Sorry for delaying so much, again.

Basically I just finished off ragnar, and then rampaged over Kublai Khan and finished him off too.

I'm afraid I made a lot of really silly mistakes. At one point I let a bomber get destroyed because I put it in a city with no defenders, and Kublai Khan retook it with a mounted unit. But I didn't lose any units in actual fighting.

I wanted to declare on Augustus too, but I just didn't have enough time. I think we're positioned well enough to declare on him in the next turnset, though.

We'll need to dig a canal (build a fort) to get ships down to the southern coast. I started it, but you might want to buy more workers to get it done faster.

It seems perhaps war weariness has set in for Luddite. The turns are taking VERY long to play.

Nice job finishing Ragnar and stomping KK. Only took about 20 turns to eliminate both.

I'll decide whether to go after Caesar or flank around and get Charlie. I figure if I go after Caesar, I will set it up to boat a couple cities on the first turn of the war, and then I will sit back and wait for Caesar to bring his mass stack my way, artillery it into the ground, mop up, and then invade.

Yeah... honestly this game has been so easy that it's just not that interesting anymore. In a single player game, I'd probably just declare victory at this point and quit. But I'll still finish it out.

Yeah, let's wrap this up! Good to see we're making fast progress.
