Yeah, that was the missing piece in my tests with Epic Five saves. Once one party knows Alphabet, F4 works to show you what techs a rival possesses that you lack, in all situations.

LK and Sulla are also right -- with tech trading turned off, there's no way in-game to tell what techs *you* have over *them*.

Edit: So what are the odds that this thread would go idle for five days and then Zilchy and I post within seconds of each other? crazyeye

I am not around from 27-30th, which falls smack in the reporting period. I am not sure whether I can access the internet on 28th, so does a late report on 30th still count?

No.

However, someone else can post your report, or a link to a carefully hidden report. Griselda handles most of the proxy reporting. If you can have your report ready before you leave on your trip, we'll make sure it is posted and counted.
