Internationally, Darrell got Lib, Rego adopted Bureau, and Dave got the Music artist. Shoot has Optics.
Domestically, I whipped quite a bit, but many cities grew back immediately. I think a Bank is in order next in Capital, before Uni->OU. We need five more Unis, and those won't be ready immediately.
I lent a farm from BM to Horsetrading to grow in one. Next turn BM might need the cows to get the Settler in 1.
I would hold off on finishing the farm over the hamlet, and improve other Capital tiles first.
