Sorry I meant to write up a report for my turn, but forgot.
I have another skeleton coming fromt he north, so heading up a warrior to head it off before i starts to pillage and to try and get a bit of xp.
As you can see from the sign near the scout I ran away from a polar bear right into the sights of a griffon. so S4 v S2+100% should be close, fingers crossed my scout wins the coin toss and can xp up. Should he survive combat 1 is the obvious option to head towards capture animal

Skeletons can't pillage (nor can lizardmen and goblins). The only barb units you have to worry about for pillaging are warriors, axemen, and archers (and frostling wolf riders, if the Illians are in the game). Plus all the fun units you can spawn from lairs...

That's a very useful thing to know; thanks!
In that case, Jkaen, just stay put and let him turn into XP, don't risk the loss. Your warrior fortified in a city will be effective Str 3 (1+.25+.25+.2)= Str 5.1, that's a lot better than him being effective Str 3ish fighting outside.

1 beaker short of Education Still planning on Code of Laws next, right? I, at least, have enough food surplus to run Aristocracy even without Agrarianism, at least for a while, and that would double my income, in addition to unlocking those beautiful Governor's Manors.
I figure we go to Bronze working after that, and then aim to pick up a religion or few.
Also, the Clan have missed their best (only) chance to take each of our capitals. Now it'll just be a matter of stacking up the bloodpets until we can make them go bye-bye

Managed to get the save last night before the internet went crashing down again, hence couldnt upload it and my internet was still down this morning.
Mind playing the turn for me please Mardoc? Worker needs to farm the lakeside red field, and the warrior needs to head back to the city.
Thanks

Of course I don't mind.
Best of luck on the internet situation.

Thanks Mardoc, things seem to have stabilised a bit again now, so I guessed they have fixed everything.
