Don't worry about the already having a ESPN account, I was able to sign up using my own account based off of that email address.

Perfect - I wondered if that was the case, but I didn't get a chance to test it.

I made a new account, and was good to go. Used a different e-mail address, I think (my cyneheardegypt one, not my personal e-mail that I think scooter used since he knows it).

Ok, invites should be sent to everyone except Mr. Nice Guy (I'll send his when I get his email).... So if you didn't get it, let me know.

Thanks for the invite, I accepted.
A few rules I'm not sure on:
Undroppable players: Not sure this is needed since we're playing in good faith. Also, this can be slow sometimes, so like last year Moss was undroppable even after he clearly wasn't a WR1.
Playoffs: 4 teams make it and 2 weeks per matchup seems fine (I've only done 1 week per, but I appreciate less variance), but does that push to the last week of the season?
Divisions: What's the meaning of that? Do we only play within our division?
Trades: Settings seem fine, but I'm sure before I accepted the summary screen said "vote on trades" for some reason.

Ah. This is just a standard setting, but I can turn it off. Good call.

Yes... Championship game is week 16 and 17.

Actually, the schedule with divisions is perfect. You play 13 regular season games. You play your 4 division-mates twice each and every other team once... 8 + 5 = 13. One of the perks of a 10-team league.
The teams that make the playoffs are the 2 division winners and the best 2 records after that.

That's the default setting, but I manually turned it off an hour or so after I created the league... So it may have been an artifact of some sort. Now though, trades are executed immediately upon them being accepted.

I don't like playing on Week 17. The best teams rest their starters and that really ruins fantasy match-ups. I'm not sure what a good fix is though.
One other settings question: Are all available free agents placed on two-day waivers on Sunday? I think that's a good idea if we can do that. Otherwise it's a rush to add breakout players during Sunday gameday which kind of ruins the point of waivers in the first place.

Gonna take this one first as it's easier. After the Monday night game, all players unlock and are put on waivers for 24 hours. So everyone has 24 hours to put in waiver claims, and then everyone unlocks after that until the next games.

Here's the issue. 13 game schedule is perfect for 10 people, so you're left with 14-17. Unfortunately, you are not able to have the first round be 1-game matchup and the final round be 2-game, otherwise that'd be my suggested fix. Honestly, I DO think the 2-game playoff match is GREAT stuff - nothing sucks more to have the best team and get KO'd in the playoffs because you had a fluky week - a 2 week sample tends to be a better indicator of who has the better team.
Honestly, the Week17 resting doesn't actually happen THAT often. You're far more likely to have your starting QB out due to injury than because he's sitting out.

I really wish you could do a 1-week -> 2-week playoff, but if you can't I'll lump my vote in for unbalanced 12 week regular seasons and a post-season that ends in week 16. I'm a Colts fan and I know their starters will be on the bench if they lock up their playoff spot and home field.
Of course not a deal breaker and I don't know how much of a democracy you want to make this, but if you're counting votes...
