You can get a look at a t-bone by looking up the bulls ass but I'd rather take the butcher's word for it.

TT - it is now 9:20pm EST, so it's now 1:20am GMT right now I believe... Which would make it a 3am start GMT, or 11pm EST. Draft is 100 minutes from now.
