He was veeeeeeeery lucky Week 2 with that 61 yard run and I am not entirely sure that he can keep it up the whole season. He personally was not on my list of RBs to look out for(Though I will admit not all of those worked out...but I couldn't of predicted Charles' ACL...Or Steven Jackson's injury...though I have absolutely no excuse for Chris Johnson or Frank Gore's falls, I expected them to go too).
...Unrelatedly, seeing that list you posted makes me really sad, because I was going to for Elite QB R1(Hopefully Brady) and then nab my RB R2, which means I would of had McFadden.
Honestly, most of those RBs are expectable, with the exceptions of Matthews and Bradshaw.
(Though I mostly wonder why he didn't go for a higher RB is all. I probably would of worked out a deal with MJD with him)
Let's see...we have the resurging Rex Grossman on a team with a deep threat in Santana and checkdowns in Gaffney, Davis and Cooley and a solid running game against a guy who has missed time in two games due to injuries, fumbled 7 times and whose defense isn't panning out. Oh, and Grossman is facing a defense that let Joe Flacco throw...what, 3 TDs? More?
Gotta UNLEASH THE DAGRON here.
RBs: Darren McFadden, Maurice Jones-Drew (RB7) vs. Fred Jackson, LeGarrete Blount (CYNE)
Fred Jackon cancels out McFadden here and should run over the Bengals' D as much as Fadden runs over the Pats' Do. Like McFadden to get just barely more, but not enough to matter. But Jones-Drew against a Blount who has had 5/13/21 carries? And not broken a 100 yards? While Jones-Drew faces a bad Saints D? Sign me up!
WRs: Andre Johnson, Brandon Gibson, Jabar Gaffney (RB7) vs. Greg Jennings, Jordy Nelson and Larry Fitzgerald (CYNE)
One of the bigger game-swingers here. I, personally, think Gaffney and Gibson will catch one TD pass each...but Fitz and Jennings will have field days and might make up for it nd Nelson could join in on the ripping scoring against a bad Broncos D>
Tough.
TEs: Fred Davis (RB7) vs. Rob Gronkowshi (CYNE)
Wish I her Hernandez back. Gronkowski owns this matchup, easy come, easy go, little high, little low.
D/ST: Falcons D (RB7) vs. Titans D/ST (CYNE)
The Browns can actually score. The Seahawks cannot. Simple as that.
K: Rob Bironas (RB7) vs. Billy Cundiff (CYNE)
Will probably not matter
Overall, the game will come down to if Gronkowski scores a ridiculous 25 like last time and if my wideout predictions come true. If they do all catch a TD, I'm in business...if not, tough. I'll take Cyneheard +2.
I'll take Parkin City -1. Aaron Rodgers > very injured Tony Romo...especially against the Lions. Be lucky to just make positive points on that. After that, Parkin City has the advantage in Wideouts but RBs are both underachieving on teams.
I won't take a guess on Biwinning vs. Spider Pigs, because Sir Bruce not switching out IR'd Britt and the fact both Jackson and Foster might play to take over the RB spot means this is too hard to tell and that the +45 line is most likely unfair. If I am up before football somehow, I can give a more accurate pre-game.
I'll take the Gildersome Giants -5, because Santana Moss is going to rip it against St. Louis, Nate Washington against a none-too-great Browns D and Julio Jones against the Seahawks should be fine...Felix Jones is pretty bad, so the RB disparity will hopefully not play in too much, oh yeah and Drew Brees vs. the Jags.
And I'll take the Rams +1, because Ray Rice owns Turner and even Turner + Best and Calvin Johnson makes up for Dez Bryant likely being out. (Also because the Lions D will eat the 'Boys)
