Is there any chance of another map like FFH-10?

Another attempt at explaining:

There are two distinct phases to the picking process. In phase 1, each player names two civ/leader combos that will go into a pool of 12 civ/leader combos from which the picks will be made.

In phase 2, each player picks four civ/leader combos from that pool, in order of preference. No player may pick either of the two civs he put into the pool. So in the abbreviated example, each of the players is limited to the four civs he chose, and merely picked their order. With six players participating, each player will be picking four out of an available ten combos.

But if majority of players is set on PBEM2 Tectonic/Lakes style script, I won't go against your wishes.

You sure about that? Because as Mist rightly tells me:

I'm inclined to agree, there's not enough pick on similar power level
there's bound to be few much stronger or much weaker in the pool
especially when the pool is as big as 12

Quite possibly. I'm hoping that each player will differ in his opinion of which are the strong/weak options, and that we will end up with six people who are reasonably happy with the final result.

If a pool of 12 seems too big, what about giving each player a choice on whether to nominate one or two leaders to the pool?
