A valid question, he was supposed to write a formal agreement, so far we've just chatted and handshaked.

A few things. As I was chatting with novice this morning, I do have a Great Scientist that would probably be more useful for you. I could use some airships, frigates / gold to upgrade them, or anything else. If you have any airships already that you can rebase to my capital city of plako, the sooner the better. Dave's got 11 rifles and 2 cannons trying to disconnect my oil. I've got some surprises for him of course.

I will try to remember to have 50 gold if you want / need to request it, or just "put it on my tab"

Also, you may know this or not already but in talking with darrell, his plan is

1) Kill me
2) Kill you
3) Hope that shoot and dave don't 2v1 him.

I know that you had mentioned possibly signing a MDP with him, but I didn't get the impression that he was at all serious about doing that. He was pretty cocky about his Financial / Kremlin / US towns, which are each worth at least 9 hammers.

As I know painfully enough, it's hard to stop a 3v1.

Played turn 138. We completed Cristo Redentor at end of turn, and we have exactly enough overflow to finish Broadway next turn.

We also want to build Eiffel Tower and Rock & Roll. I figure Capital can build the ET after Broadway, and then Capital or our Iron Works city (IW due in 4) can build Rock & Roll, depending on who can finish it first.

I offered a map trade to Darrell and reminded him to switch his EPs off us.



What's a bit scary though is that he makes 1500 gold per turn.

I set research to Liberalism, we can get Communism next turn. Then Nationalism->Rifling->Flight, perhaps.
