No, I think this:

Design by comitee We're pretty close to reaching consensus in regard to the civ pool, after that probably random.org.

indicates they're going to pick a pool of allegedly equal civ/leader combos, then randomly assign one to each of us.

Picks are out to everyone apart from Ichabod ( who did not make a spoiler thread yet ). Map still due to happen around Tuesday + time for peer review and corrections.

Map is done. I've posted WB save in lurker thread for other people to have look at it. If I haven't made any major screwups, I'll pass the save to the first player in the evening before going to work.

Also, since you didn't agree on a turn order, I've assumed something like this might work given your timezones and posting activity. Last moment to correct any snags here

All looks fine to me, except for Tasunke, who hasn't mentioned a preferred playing time yet.
