Spamming Private Messages

I don't know if others have recieved private messages from adversitsers for products and services, but recently I recieved one here it is

Normally I like to make jokes etc. about these sort of things, but Private messages! Is there anyway to thwart these evil spammers before they take over?

Well, I do limit how many PMs users can send at once, so that spammers can't PM most of you with 1 click. Let's see if this catches on before we go to more extreme measures. Nesta is banned, fwiw.
