Error starting ReMoM

Hi, not sure what I'm supposed to type into the books box, but after typing in a name, choosing a race and clicking start game I get this:

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

[VM]

You have to click start server first. Dont forget to enter a port number first(preferably larger than 1024)!

Ill add button enabling/disabling and a single player button so that these types of issues do not occur.
