Ok, so the turn came in and I could answer those questions for myself:
I'm also officially confused about the mechanics of religions - only when I ended my turn did Leaves come in, so by my previous understanding it should have been in my territory, but it popped up here:

I guess it's all yours, Jkaen

. You ought to be able to make Mind happy again if you swap to Leaves state religion - and actually I think you probably should use the missionary on yourself in order to get maximum use from that and save me the anarchy. I suspect Yin would benefit the most. I'll hold off on swapping until either I get some natural spreads, or we can afford to build missionaries.
And of course the Bronze settler is nearly to the city site picked for him, with worker support on site. Therefore Bronze Working next will be perfect.
Meanwhile, Body is mass producing Bloodpets, which is wonderful; I'll be able to have Yang stay on settler duty for a while, with the odd worker interspersed. Hopefully actually Body can do the workers as well, once I catch up on garrisons.
One of those settlers finished at EOT, so I'll have a fourth city in no time. The snowball is finally starting to accelerate for us.
