I have also offered bronze to Mardoc (you can probably keep it, I will try to hook up 'my' source pretty soon)
Thanks. Something that's crossed my mind - could you use a couple copper Bloodpets parked on hills outside your territory? I do have superior production at the moment, since I've been relying on your shield.
Not that it matters while you're building settlers - but Yin is below its happy cap with 'avoid growth' on.

Haven't posted in a while, and I'm running low on time tonight. But you can have a quick summary.
Festivals came in 2 turns ago - my capital 1-turned a market, my 2nd city just finished its market this turn. The other cities will have to wait for Manors to finish, but it's a high priority item.
Drama's still available, but both of us are currently in the rebuild treasury stage of binary research. In a turn or two we ought to be able to start.
Fellowship of Leaves finally spread to my lands! To the one city that doesn't need culture, of course . But it's a start.
Next settler is nearly in, I'm thinking it'll go to the cotton down south. I really need to get some more happiness - letting my cities grow will improve everything.
I'm strongly considering a near-term Dereptus build for that exact reason. Also considering a swap to Religion and Leaves.
And here's an overview - you see one more Manor finishing, finally! I'm hoping to grow out to the edge of the world in the near future.

Don't really have time for a full report - but Drama's in, and the Bard is ours! . I'll be moving him to Shrine next.
I think we should go for either Trade or Priesthood next, to get back on the Vamp/Malakim path. Since we still haven't really seen the foes, I vote heading toward Trade since it's an econ boost too. We need those.

I've started to pop the dungeons around my empire - and man, did it ever pay off this turn!
Jkaen, which city do you want to be the Empyrean Holy City? . I figure it's better to be yours than mine, you're the one who can use all the religions. The new Great Bard is en route to found the Leaves shrine.
In other news, I'm rebuilding my treasury and had to pick a tech to dump the -4 beaker/turn into. Ended up settling on Animal Handling, on the theory we might not ever go to that tech. Don't take it as an actual desire on my part, I'll swap back to HBR when I start researching again.
And now that Drama is in, and Leaves is spreading, I will soon have actual full BFC's for my cities . Combine that with the Calendar resources nearly hooked up - and I'm mass producing another round of workers. I'll resume settler spam shortly, once I manage to grow the cities into new, improved tiles.

Off the top of my head I would say stick it in the same city as leaves, double holy city means I can build the wealth pumps all there.
Back from vacation now btw, and once I get over this jet lag I will start being less useless on reporting.
Have finally settled Salt, have a goblin horde on its way to it.

Well...we're falling behind, but no one's invaded us yet, and we're on the verge of getting to play with our cool toys. Which might manage to bring us back into it yet.
At the moment, we're maybe 5 turns from Priesthood; then we're planning Ashen Veil. After that - I like some combination of up to Sanitation, Sacrifice the Weak, Warfare, and Feudalism, so I can start with Vampire goodness - I think Priesthood + Leaves, AV, ought to be enough for the Malakim to build forces for a while.
I spammed settlers for a while, but now I'm taking a breather to catch up to the new happy caps available due to the new resources. I will probably build a city or two for Jkaen (if he'll spend the time to tell me where he wants them ). Why? Because he's been doing the bulk of the barbarian defense, while I've been happily spamming Governor's Manors and Breeding Pits.
Then, it'll be back to the growth curve. My main goal is to have a lot of big cities with Breeding Pit/Granary/Smokehouse all available, and Huge map drafting of Vamps.
To win? We're not really sure that's possible - but if it is, it'll either be Altar or a Vamp/Priest invasion. In the meantime, I'm just enjoying the ride.

Do still owe this thread an update, but for Mardoc:
Settled 1 city this turn, waiting for that darn lizard to move before settling another.
NW Azer died attacking my city, SE one is still there
Thoth built Gibbon this turn
