It says "Screenshot failed." Any ideas on what the problem is? Well that is new to me. Is the screenshot really not there?
@everyone- I am not at home right now so I can't check, but I seem to remember that you have to enable screenshots in the Configuration thingy (you know the notepad file where you change your autosave interval and other stuff). Trying looking in that Clovis and change the value there. It is probably a 0 so change it to a 1.

Hmmm I only get "Screenshot Failed" when I've run out of hard disk space on my My Documents drive. Any other problem causing the game to fail to write a file there would also do it (ie folder being set read only). But if you can save games fine it should be possible to take screenshots fine.

I've checked that and it is a 1, so I don't think that's the problem. I'll try changing it to a zero, though, and see what happens.

Hey guys,
Sorry for the lapse. I tried my hand at scenario design towards the end of the Civ3 Epics, and realized that's not where my strengths lie. When Charis and I were designing scenarios together, I think we had a game with like two pages of rules ![[Image: lol.gif]](http://realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/lol.gif) That one never saw the light of day, thankfully, but I still think it would have been fun.
So, unfortunately, that means waiting for Sirian, as he's the expert in scenario design. I hear conflicting things from him, so I can't give you specific information there. Sorry.

All right Atlas, I beat Epic One for you!
Proof of victory:

This is what Legendary culture will do for you. That was one of Khan's core cities, and it flipped to me by the end of the game. I lived in constant fear of him the whole game (notice the forts, my workers had nothing better to do for a while).

I would post the final save for you but I don't know how.

And you solved your screenshot problem too, so great.
What will your next Epic or Adventure be?

Yes, I followed the rules! (Pretty poor show if I beat the Epic and then admitted I broke the rules!)
I didn't really solve my screenshot problem, though. I just used the Windows clipboard plus MS Paint to do those.
I don't know what my next game will be. I have now won a game with each of the three "peaceful" victory conditions. I beat a Settler game with Diplomacy, a Noble game with Space race, and now Prince with Culture. I think I'm going to play a non-variant Noble game and go for conquest or domination.

I have my own "what's going on here?" question: why is Paris size 4 (in 2040AD!) in those screenshots?

That is pretty strange...mabye massive starvation to get an extra great artist for one of the other legendary cities?

You're pretty close, I starved it from 19 to 4 by running about eight artist specialists for a while. Though I guess I was just too preoccupied to change it back after it hit legendary culture. That is my problem. When victory is in sight (or when I think it is in sight) I get so locked in on it (in this case, my three culture cities) that I ignore everything else.
I couldn't even tell you one thing I built with my other 8 or so cities while I was focusing on the culture in Paris, Lyons, and Rheims.
Question: How do I post photos directly into the post, so that you don't have to click on a link to get to them? I can do it in CFC, but apparently it doesn't work the same on this forum.
