I might give this game a try, but seeing as I have already failed miserably on one Monarch tournament game in the past week, I may not give it full effort. Maybe I'll wait for the Gentle Adventure. Fits my experience better.

There is always the risk (well except if the sponsor remove all horses from walking distance) of settling on horse without knowing it prior to researching the proper tech.

Should that happen, what should we do ? (hypothetical question, of course)

you really really can't pillage roads in your own territory. you can pillage mines etc (i once pillaged my own iron mine in an OCC to be able to build cats rather than cannons, there was a reason but yes i am crazy for other reasons) but roads are a special case. oh on a second i see that Ruff_Hi covered this, but i'll leave mine in on the chance that someone else is as dense as me maybe?

and yay!!! i'm glad they're back! smile i still haven't opened sooooo's; i've been distracted by the gauntlet and RL.

In the unlikely event that this takes place, just make sure to mention it in the report and don't build any horse units. Obviously we're not going to penalize you for something completely accidental. smile

It fits mine too, though I might try... if its not too hard rolleye I'm already in the middle of my own game (Middle of the Jungle start (As in 20 tiles alll around me of Forest (5%) Hills W/JUngle or Forest (10%) and JUngle (85%)))... Maybe newxt gentle ill play harder....
