How do you enter flying camera mode?

I've seen a lot of screenshots that use it, but I haven't found anything that tells you how to engage it.

Ctrl + F = Flying camera mode (must be enabled in INI file)
I thought that this was changed in a patch so it might be Ctrl-Shft-F or something like that.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Boy, I should have tried something -F before I posted a thread about it. I found it is Ctrl-Alt-F.
