The reason though is because again, I think the Tasunke vote is stupid, and the JKaen vote makes me leery because of how happy everyone was to jump on it (yes I realize my vote was on it too). Things seem to be going smoothly towards a close 2-person vote on Day1 which is usually how it's gone in past games when we've had 2 villagers on the chopping block.

Except if you are really confident on your accusations of course

Votes are still spread all over the place, I think the NAP members are actively promoting that as it serves their interests. In a confused vote, everybody can claim an alibi and nothing will be learned. I'm strongly tempted to join a vote on Sareln if noone comes up with a compelling argument for another suspect.

Scooter has done a lot of pronouncing people innocent, defending people against accusations rather than bringing his own. I bought it when he did it to me, but looking back on his stuff, he's confident lots of people are innocent, yet that doesn't seem to lead to any targets, even by elimination.

I've said this several times now. I feel several people seem innocent-ish, but no one seems strongly guilty. That's because it's day 1. I don't know why this is so difficult to comprehend.

Common wolf tactic, for what its worth. Everyone feels better when someone tells you you're innocent and hence suddenly you're less likely to vote for them.
I also didn't like scooter and Ichabod's interaction around the Lewwyn saga. Can I tell you with certainty that scooter is guilty? No. Do I like him better as a candidate than Jkaen or Tasunke? Yes.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

Not for me. Never has been. And you know that too...

Back at a keyboard. I thought maybe the deadline was now, which is why I posted that vote from my phone, but I see we have another hour.
I'm not really sure what reasons others have posted for voting Scooter, because I have just been skimming. But I feel he has spent too much time defending players who may well be villagers playing poorly. (Tasunke and Cyneheard, specifically.) Feels like an attempt to gain town cred. I also noticed him echoing the reasons of others without giving due credit for it, perhaps in another attempt to gain town cred. He did the same thing in WW7.
(I myself credited Gaspar where perhaps I should have credited Novice; but at least I acknowledged that I was agreeing with somebody else.)
Cross-posting with Mardoc/Scooter/Gaspar, looks like Mardoc stole my thunder.

Well...I'm in a similar boat, only you're one of those who hasn't yet convinced me you're innocent.
Plus, this may be a mistake, but I'm inclined to trust Gaspar and zakalwe.
