Sure, zak's not confirmed. But surely he's closer to confirmed than Catwalk? novice is the only 1000% fully confirmed villager, but what Catwalk has posted could completely be a lie. What zak has posted has been confirmed to have some degree of truth.

My point is I can't see any conceivable reason that a baner would chose Catwalk to protect tonight given the available choices.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

The wolf hangs jive

I agree with scooter's assessments, novice is a 100% confirmed villager and I'm definitely worth saving for my ability. Not to mention my natural charm and brilliant insights, of course lol

We have a swinging NAPster which is very good thumbsup

Still 3 to go.

And again I implore all villagers to reveal their starting tech.

Please stop that BS about my starting tech reveals my power because that is plain & simple not true.

So if both Ichabod and Novice had revealed their techs you wouldn't have drawn a conclusion between them? I'm still confused as to whether they both had compass or optics or what, but they are fairly close not unlike their power as masons. I think that the starting techs are loosely connected to powers. Why do you want to know what everyone's starting tech is? If you insist it doesn't reveal anything why do you need to know? Give me a convincing reason and I'll tell you mine.

Diplomatic Advisor: Chief, I'm afraid we have a problem!
Shitting Bull: What is it now? Don't tell me we have another broken arrow!
Diplomatic Advisor: Oh wait... it's not actually a problem, as such. I'm just so used to saying that.
Shitting Bull: Really? What then? Have you found another feather for my cap?
Diplomatic Advisor: It's a progress report from Blind Squirrel! Very strange one.
Shitting Bull: Progress... yeah, that's strange. What is he reporting?
Diplomatic Advisor: He says he found a nut.
If you know what I mean.

In the FFh-game uberfish gave the wolves were telling chars he also gave one of them an innocent name and he told all a save-name to claim but handed out an ability to town to scan for names (that was what cought me).
Here we have techs and I'm quite sure we have a techscanner so my questioning for techs is a chance to catch somebody lying.

You actually believe that Uber gave the NAP of Evil a cover tech? This isn't like a name that might be a clue to alignment the way it was in FFH. Ichabod claimed Compass. We SAW the PM that was given to him. It said compass. There was no cover tech. Rowain, what you are suggesting is completely ridiculous. I'm betting the techs are only for flavor that are loosely connected to our powers. Therefore I do not see a reason to give the scum any sort of indication what power, important or not, I or anyone else might have.

You know one of the evils in the FFH game had an absolute ionnocent name too.

But Lewwyn what if I tell you that there are people whose starting techs don't exist in Civ4? Would that alter your opinion abnut all those reluctant to reveal their tech ?

Oh and yes my ability allowes me to learn starting techs. Why do you think we got this?
