Yes. It all depends if scooter is "metagamish" enough to do this. Maybe we should wait just before deadline to see if he suddenly login-ons? Besides this is not against the rules at all and Jkaen did this before (he just messed up though).

I just don't think Scooter would do this because metagaming like this I would think he would really hate. I could be wrong though.

When you skip an hour you go foward in time plus one. So you go from 4 PM to 5 PM. GMT does not change so the lych happens an hour later, in the USA.
