Werewolf 12: Game Thread

I guess some of it had to do with my own bias.

I mean voting for Ichabod and then for Mr. Nice Guy was rather parallel to my own thoughts.

I guess it wasn't much, but for Day 1 I thought it was enough to go on. That being said, if I had the time to follow the thread for the entirety of Day 1, I would have tried to get better reads on what other people were thinking as well.

Multiple factions eh? If it is three factions, which I'm still not convinced of, are we looking at 2 or 3 wolves per pack? And 3 factions are doable. I was in a game with 20 people and 3 factions with 2 people each. If we have 3 people per faction we're looking at 9 wolves to 6 villagers and we're already down a villager... 5 villagers? LOL I'm not sure I buy that. I could see 3 wolf packs with 2 people each. It would explain why MNG went down so easily. In any case I think we're best off just gathering more information in lynch results. It's still just a werewolf game.

Pling is not getting due diligence.

Tasunke, if you would stop nesting spoilers for no reason whatsoever, that'd be awesome.

I guess I'll take your reasoning at face value. I dunno that I'd have picked uberfish either. Though presumably the wolves have other night-acting power roles so you don't necessarily need to hit the kill target to tell us something.

I was hoping for more from you than that, Lewwyn. Put the Diablo down. smile

Your math is off alright

Three groups of three wolves would leave 12 villagers. Or 8-11 now. I still agree think those odds are pretty bad for the village, so it's unlikely, but it wouldn't be as bad as you're counting.

Yeah I wrote that in a hurry since I was in class, but I think I subtracted 6 from 21 for the first possibility of wolves and then I subtracted 9 from that or something. Go me. rolleye

And I'll add something about pling in a little bit need to take care of something else first.

D3 is awesome.

ugh, this is depressing. D3 release not convenient - I fear the wolves may get a mislynch due to too many villagers ignoring the game for D3.

Open Beta Weekend ends in 3 hours. Think you can hang on that long? And I actually was referring to playing my Pitboss turns, eating lunch and preparing a lecture for my class that starts in an hour and a half. I don't get to play D3 today. frown

Also I seriously doubt that wolves will get a mislynch because we're not paying attention. Not every day is going to be productive and things only pick up in the second half of the day anyway. Every game. SO its actually perfect timing.

Also Bigger, your overreaction re: "this is depressing" is suspicious.
