pling, Tasunkes latest message made me aware of the fact that he stated he can't use his ability multiple times. So his usage makes even less sense, if it is even true that he has it. He basically fired a one-time (?) watcher-ability on watching someone on Night 1. I mean come on, you can play really poorly but would anyone really use an ability like that on the first night already?

Novice's revote on post #504 caught me as strange. Like he was starting to panic a bit that his wolf buddy Bigger was rising up the ladders and wanted to remind people of the obvious lynch target. I'm thinking about switching over to Bigger just because if he's a wolf then it'd be like catching two wolves with one vote. I'm pretty convinced about Ichabod though, so I will keep my vote there for now.

Wait, I read that wrong. Novice was re-emphasizing when Ichabod tied Commodore, not Bigger. Definitely staying with Ichabod then

I never said it was a one shot, I just can't use it "every single night"

I won't mention more about my role's limitation than that ....

Unless I get another "lets all ask Tasunke this and that" event. I mean does it really help village/hurt wolves if every single detail of my power is revealed?

I think my point still stands, tho? At the moment he could be more than a single-shot and so I'd rather wait & see what we see after this Day - there are other targets, he can wait on the back-burner in my eyes.

Tasunke

-) please only spoiler something if really necessary (example a big statistic post)

-) The little you talk about limitations the better

-) Serdoa during the last games it has become usual that powerroles have a limited use. Catwak as BAner last game could use it 3 times.

-) @Tasunke: I wonder why you included Selrahc already twice in your posts as if he were playing. Sadly since he posted already in the lurkerthread any tinfoil theories of him playing under a different name are shot down frown

spoilre contains the 2 posts.
Tasunke Wrote:I don't think I ever implied that Sareln was "obviously innocent"

Instead, I saw him as 10% villager, while I saw the others as 10-30% wolf.

-> I suppose I was getting a neutral read on Selrahc though, so a flat 0% either way for him, but Gaspar and Uberfish felt a bit wolfish to me.

Yea ... it was Day 1.

Tasunke Wrote:Anyways, if Sareln was a prime target for the lynching block I must have missed it, but to me he was the most likely villager out of the list (Gaspar, Uberfish, Sareln, Selrahc) ... so should my list have been larger? Or even different? Probably.

Good tips.

As for the Selrahc thing, I guess I was so fixed on 'players/hosts from WW11' that ... I dunno. Huge brainfart moment lol ... Makes sense why I had a 0% read on him though, since he doesn't exist .....

I guess my list really was just Sareln, Gaspar, and Uberfish then.

Looking at the player list, I don't think I could have mistakenly thought any of those were Selrahc, so had to have just been a huge brainfart moment. Ah well, C'est la vie.

novice Wrote:I think you accidentally read my post poorly. I said that my initial impression of Bigger was that he had played an obvious villager game. And since initial impressions often are correct, I'm not so sure about the Bigger case, even if the case as argued seems pretty good. Does that make sense, Catwalk and Serdoa?

Basically, by selectively quoting, you can make any player look fishy. I could demonstrate on you Catwalk, but I won't since my impression so far is that you're villager.
I would actually be very interested in seeing you selectively quote me to make me look guilty. And I don't particularly agree with you that first impressions are usually correct. I'd say it's far easier to keep up a perfect charade for a little while, eventually you will show cracks if you're not a good liar.

I agree with Lewwyn's theory that there are two packs, it provides a good explanation for the announcement. Any bets on Lewwyn being a black announcer wolf? :neenernee

Where did the Ichabod wagon come from? 4 votes on him pretty fast, largely without arguments. I'd be interested in hearing from Mardoc, Tasunke, pindicator and Commodore what they find suspicious about Ichabod.

I'm flailing between Bigger and Commodore, I think both are likely to be wolves. I think villager Bigger will have a better chance of establishing innocence if he is indeed a villager, and wolf Bigger will likely incriminate himself further, whether he keeps talking or not. With as little as Commodore is offering, I think he's dead in the water.

On a side note, I think Tasunke made a huge brainfart in referring to Selrahc while trying to come up with believable lies. His overall confusion this game begs for the obvious explanation.

I'm not saying Bigger was necessarily misquoted, just that I prefer to follow my overall gut feeling about him.

Not that I think it matters much, but with 3 wolf packs I'd guess 2 wolves in each pack which might explain risky wolf play such as killing Uberfish.
I have to run.

banghead

Is this the Catwalk experience?

Posts 364 and 381 I lay a case against Ichabod.
389 I add a post where it looks like MNG is trying to dismiss the doubts about Ichabod

Ichabod responds and I note he never defends himself only attacks me in post 473
