I'm sure this'll probably all be up on the fansites before long (if it isn't already), but RPGamer already has some of the new GW:EN content for E3 up, including what looks like a shot of the Norn woman in-game, as well as a shot of what looks like new mesmer armor and, a couple new monsters (one looks like Shelob, the other like a T-Rex). They've also got the box art available and some screens, as well as a movie.
You can get to their GW:EN section here or you can just go to the main site and navigate the rest of the E3 coverage.
The movie is of special interest, imo, because, unlike a lot of their other in-game trailers which are nothing but shots of battles, these are pretty much all scenery pans, including an active Asura Gate, more monsters than what the screens have, and a look at new ele armor which, well, you have to see it to believe it (it's at 1:38). Also, this ele has a hairstyle that's not an option currently, so she's either the new hero or they're going to let you make new chars with GW:EN templates.
One last thing of interest is that the trailer has new music as the soundtrack, which seems like a mix of NF and Proph. There may have been some Factions in there too, but I'd have to pay more attention while listening.

And this is why E3 isn't a big deal anymore; all of this has been released at least a month ago. ![[Image: tongue.gif]](http://realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/tongue.gif) Good info for everyone else that doesn't scour the fansites constantly though.
I'm going to guess hero for the ele, since the hair just goes so well with the outfit, and that actually looks like a warrior model from the way she's standing. (Morghan is the same way, npcs often pick "wrong" models for their class.) Heroes get all the cool armor anyway.

Yeah, that makes sense. Mhenlo uses the ranger emotes, iirc. Can't remember who else uses alternate profession emotes though (aside from Morgahn).
As to the ZoS comment from the original post, yeah, it just a quick poke at how they're in most of the trailers that involve players but I should have known better. Apologies to anyone who saw it and may have been inadvertently offended.

There's a lot there that I can't comment on, but that clip has been around a for a while now.
I will point to something in it though: Right at the 1-minute mark there's a shot involving a Statue of Balthazar. In front of his feet is a burning brazier. Look very closely at the space just above the flames.

OK, here's the actual E3 videos so far.
Gamespot gameplay videos
OnlineWelten E3 Presentations
You can see for yourselves, but summary:
- Charr Ranger, Dwarven Monk, Asura (ele?) heroes.
- Arena for solo battling famous NPCs for Norn reputation, Asuras "polymock" is some kind of Pokemon Chess
- Can see some new armors, including for expansion proffessions.
- In the video they actually switched camera view to lock onto a hero. Might just be a dev trick, or maybe hero controls are getting an upgrade.
- Hall of monuments is a privately instanced building that tracks your accomplishments; minipets, high-level ranger pets, elite armor and weapons, etc. Each equates to some exclusive unlock in GW2.
This wiki page is some damage control for a not totally accurate presentation.

For those interested (and rather than me making a new thread) you can pre-order GW:EN at http://www.outpost.com for $30, $10 cheaper than the MSRP. Also, you can get the pre-order package (not really anything worthwhile this time around, imo) from http://www.amazon.com for $1.

The pre-order sword does look pretty nice, however, I was referring more to the overall contents of the pre-order package; i.e. no character slots or artwork/features on the disc. The stats on the items are somewhat disappointing as well; the staff is basically a replica of the Spiritbinder from Factions but with the horrid Devotion mod, the bow has a -5e mod that can't be taken off making it pretty much useless, and the sword is decent for a conjure frost war but nothing else. Compared to the Nightfall bonus pack, which was pretty incredible, this one is a pretty big disappointment.
I hate to say it, but very little about GW:EN has me interested anymore. Of the 100 new skills, I think I saw 1 or 2 that would actually be usable in PvP. I definitely won't be getting it until I can buy it cheap. Paying $40 for an expansion is ridiculous and, especially at that price, not getting any character slots makes me feel like I'm getting slapped in the face.

More like 8 or 10. Shell shock, defile defenses, disarm, power lock, aura of stability, energy blast, sundering weapon, anthem of disruption, pious fury will definitely see some use. Gold fang strike might even bring back moebius builds. A number of better gvgers were complaining about how imba and gimmicky some of them are, lead to a bunch of nerfs already. (Can you say grappled steady stance...)
