Big Deal

Hello. I'm thinking of pursuing the basic Big Deal title before Gwen comes out. I'm hoping some of you more experienced types can offer suggestions as to what would be the easiest titles left to max.

I already have the three normal mode mission titles. I'm thinking
Canthan explorer, some or all of the skillhunter titles, and possibly the HM mission titles (potentially more fun, but more likely beyond my level of skill).

(I'm working on my wisdom and treasure hunter titles, but not seriously)

Legendary Survivor is easy.

Protector of Tyria is also easy.

Though I may debate that point, it's now irrelevant. Is there a title for number of deaths?

Protector of Tyria, though...that might be fun and profitable.

Skill hunter title is expensive in terms of buying cap sigs and gaining enough xp to have skill pts available, but capping every elite in each chapter will give you 3 titles, plus one more title for completing all 3. So all that money and skill pts will give you 4 maxed titles.

I did that with my warrior before they did that, and it paid off in the end and I still think I have 44 skill pts to play with.

I really need to do the explorer titles. I'm at 98% on two maps and 97% on the last one. :mad:

The 3 Protector titles are the easiest to get.

The 3 explorer titles are probably second easiest, although very time consuming.

3 Guardian titles, plus legendary guardian (so 4 in total) are difficult, but theoretically not very time consuming if you know what you're doing.

You just want the first tier of Big Deal (5 maxed titles)?

If so then Skill Hunting might be easiest. As Seijin said though it's a bit of a money sink but the cost is way cheaper than Drunkard or Treasure Hunting when it comes to maxing it. If you have the gold (300k should be more than enough; less if you're not going for Legendary Skill Hunter) then I recommend this route.

Maxing Sunspear via HM bounties while in Wurm mode is another easy way to max a title.

Sunspear is a very easy title to max, it gives you some money if you bother to pick up loot, and it's less time consuming than explorer. It also provides experience for a lot of skill points, useful for a skill hunter title.

If I were you, I'd max Sunspear first and Tyrian skill hunter second.

Double Experience for elite Captures, huh? I guess I know which title I'll be working on this weekend. Think there is any chance of capturing all the factions elites in one weekend?

Wow...melted vid card? Sux.

I hope I will be able to log on myself. I got my new pc, but the PSU was too small (the Radeon RX1950 pro and the dual core AMD processor smacked the poor 400W power supply down, one time...)

I've returned it to the supplier with instructions to use their brains this time, but they're taking their sweet time now that they already have my money.
