I'm sorry, but RB is supposed to be based on the tenet of not having or needing a leader. If that's not something Arch and Fail can accept, should we really be allied with them?

You did the same thing with us and the ZoS alliance. Does learning from past mistakes not mean anything to you?

Not having a leader doesn't work in a game that has a *leader spot.* This isn't Gears of War or Halo co-op where everyone has exactly the same things to do (no administrative work necessary, no go-to guild or person, etc.) Guild Wars doesn't work that way so even if RB is based on that tenet, it has little place in a game that *isn't* based on it. Haven't we learned the hard way that trying to avoid taking a leadership role only wastes time and frustrates people in GW? If you are talking about learning from past mistakes, then we must consider the fact that half of the criticism Frost received was not taking enough of a leadership role when one was needed.

Not really, no. What we've learned is that there are too few people who both understand how to drive things along within a democratic process and who actually have the time to do so.

...hence time wasted and people frustrated.

Funny how you have kept quiet for the past month and a half and decide to stir things up now that we are making some headway.

Until that time you can appreciate what it is like in my position, or show that you can handle things any better, we have no common grounds for me to take your criticism seriously.
