Unfortunately our empire is nowhere near as big and developed as Mackoti had in 23. But there will be knights for sure. Care to take a guess about the pop loss?

We are planning to focus on espionage next, after the immediate tech goals of Banking, Iron Working, Literature, Civil Service which shouldn't take too long. Specifically we are thinking Philo-Nationalism-Constitution. Compass-Optics is also of moderate priority.

I actually guessed already - I said 28. I actually was going to guess between 35-40, but I talked myself out of it, mostly because Ceil set the bar low at 19. But I figure 2.5 pop/city is very doable despite the fact that a couple cities probably won't do much more than that. That would be 37.5. If it's ok to change, I'm going to change to 38. If not, I'll stick with 28 and hope you guys go easy . 45 pop would not necessarily shock me. It really depends on how hard you guys are wanting to whip, which is what I can't figure out. Even bigger numbers are possible if you guys are trying to whip as hard as possible in 5 turns.

Edit: Short version - I'd like to change guess from 28 -> 38 since I was going to go with that at first but I wimped out .

Actually, the pop thing does depend on what you are whipping too. If you're exclusively getting Knights that's a bit different from whipping in infrastructure.

In my defense, I did guess first... and I'll stick with it. We all know these guys (Mackoti especially) can whip cities to a bloody stump, but I don't think they will.

On the other hand, I wish I guessed 42 just for he geek cred.
