Werewolf 13: Lurker Thread [No Live Players]

predictions:

Bigger kills MNG hoping for a 1-1-1 endgame (the only way he could win or draw)

The last wolf kills Bigger and goes 1v2 with the other 2 town

Quote:No, we knew and accepted it was RANDOM whether it'd be a mislynch or not. Bob himself confirmed he'd have done the same thing if he was a wolf. Although I suppose wolves might have thought he was a sleeper and killed him, but we didn't know about that.

You didn't *know* that at all. You knew very very little about what Bob was doing, because he gave you little to go on. Could have been an imposed posting restriction. Could have been a wolf plot. Could have been a number of other things aside from the "RANDOM" that it turned out to be. Reasoning based on what Bob has said in this thread is inherently a very shaky thing when judging the game situation.

I'll amend my statement though. To *me* it looked like an obvious mislynch, and a number of other players commented that they thought it was going to be a mislynch. I can't speak for your reasoning.

You know I really couldn't care less about the result, anyone else plays like that again I will lynch them no questions asked.

And Bigger did what I was kind of expecting - came out and asked Injera to do a coordinated night-kill session. I'm happy to see Injera is the final wolf.

Curious if Injera will feign ignorance or openly go along with it. Anyways, in terms of game setup, I feel like a 1-shot vig addition and removal of the masons would have been a nice touch to prevent the wolves from screwing around like this. Just an idea that popped into my head.

Yeah, Bigger did well here. Not sure if MNG had a chance either way

What I would love to see is Injera claim to be a villager, night kill Bigger, and then go for the solo win with a mislynch on Sareln. Except if Tasunke is silverblood then he needs to mislynch Tasunke which may be tougher to do.

The problem for Bigger is that he's just demonstrated that he can't be trusted to keep up his end of any deal. lol If Injera is the last wolf, he should just claim that Bigger is guessing and nightkill him now.

I love how Bigger has created a chance for himself here.
I have to run.

I think Bigger's deal sounds very compelling, I'm pretty sure I would take it if I were Injera. I wouldn't fear Bigger killing me, because it would just be suicide on his part. (All assuming Injera is in fact a wolf.)

The brilliant part of his plan is that he gets to kill MNG, which carries no risk. Meanwhile, Sareln could technically be silverblood. Of course, Injera can't actually negotiate about the deal without admitting that he's a wolf. smile

That said, it won't be all that surprising if Bigger shows up dead in the morning (that will CERTAINLY happen if Injera isn't a wolf), but I think he's played one hell of a gambit either way.
If you know what I mean.

You're biased though smile I'd put money on Bigger defecting and killing Injera 100% in the hypothetical prisoner's dilemma endgame. Might as well take his chances with the village.
