The plus side of a smaller game is it's often easier to balance than a larger one. 15 is a little awkward though.

That said, I'm working on the setup and if I'm not sure that I can get to a good balance iteration for Weird I'll run Thrones instead.

Out of curiosity, why is 15 hard to balance?

because 3/15 is on the low side for wolves and 4/15 is high

Simple - just add a half-wolf somehow. Or give one of the wolves the ability to survive one lynch attempt.

how exactly does a half wolf work?

and an un-lynchable wolf (assuming it still counts towards win condition) could be worth more than 2 wolves sometimes. a little broken.

Oh, the balancing will be done with roles - low wolfcount meaning more powerful wolves and/or less powerful villagers, and vice versa. But still 3 or 4 is a bit of a gap.
