I find this odd because he first says he thought of it as a wolf strategy, then he explains he would be surprised if there weren't post restrictions, then he goes ahead an votes for someone who possibly has a vote restriction. So not only is he sure there are restrictions, he then cast aspersions on every person who has a post restriction. Laying the groundwork for mislynches are we?
My point was, I'm not going to assume post restriction = villager. That would seem quite odd from balancing point of view. Impossible to say for sure, but I'd assume the post restrictions would be quite random regardless of the alignment. For voting VM, I saw no harm in concentrating votes since I have no baseline from his game.
I thought VM had some previous experience, since he was encouraging to apply pressure with votes early in the game. Usually newbies think random voting a bit odd and unfair. @VM, links for some of your previous games (maybe one where you are a villager and one as a wolf) would be helpful.
@uberfish, is there a public penalty for breaking post restriction?

I doubt 2 packs strongly. It was quite clear that uberfish and a lot of players wanted to get back to 1 wolf pack, since two last games had multiple packs. So I think serial killer more likely, if there is a third faction.
