WW14 - The Edge of Reason

Hey guys, sorry for drunk posting in the thread where you can't go back and delete it the next morning. I'll leave that for the more veteran drunk posters like bigger - who can do it without annoying everybody.

well you've convinced me that its very unlikely waterbat and pin are both wolves. I think we lynch one or the other for information. slowcheetah lynch atm gives us less information.

also, with with an 8 to 4 final vote, if there are even 2 wolves on injera they could have at least engineered a tie. maybe even a switch to TT - matt (if he is a villager) might have switched - I suspect his Injera vote was more to look village than actual suspicion. so I think there is a good chance there is no more than 1 wolf on Injera. That means if Pin is guilty, it clears waterbat, and slowcheetah and jkaen (or possibly slowcheetah and Rowain) are the last 2 wolves. if Pin is innocent and waterbat is guilty, that makes Matt a possibility for the 4th wolf.

Why don't you think that it's possible both waterbat and I are innocent?

Maybe you are lining up mislynches - so when you mislynch me tomorrow then you can say "oh sorry pin, didn't realize you were innocent. Well, time to string up waterbat!" Which makes me think I may be wrong about waterbat.

I like how you try to throw slowcheetah in there too to gain cred with lewwyn - oh, but you say let's not lynch slowcheetah at the moment. Where have you made that kind of argument before? Isn't that how you defended zak in the last WW game?

Hiall.

Just popping to say I'm online, not caught up more than I saw lynch result. Yay.

However gonna be gone coming tuesday-thursday on vacation. Romantic drive through mosel river valley. With wife and not mates this time. So not optimal availability, but wednesday is nighttime so not that bad. Miss two half days.

Monday I'll be caught up and have playtime as well.

Pindicator, it only took you 27 minutes to put together this analysis after Injera flipped as wolf. Did you start working on it before the flip?
If you know what I mean.

I was thinking about the possibility ahead of time, yes. If Injera had flipped villager I wouldn't have had a hypothesis to put together. But getting posts together and all that was done in those 27 minutes - spreadsheet helps a ton there. No forum searches, just filter in excel and look at the numbers I need to go to in the thread. That's why I wrote in post numbers - starting looking them up and linking but then got lazy after the first three smile

Since I'm now not sure about Waterbat, I want to see other alignments first. Slowcheetah=wolf would imply Waterbat=innocent, I think.

The body of Lewwyn was found in the morning. Apparently he'd been out partying after the successful campaign for Injera's lynch, because he was carrying a sign saying "Have You Seen My Nose?" in one hand and a jug of beer in the other.

Lewwyn, Man Without A Nose was killed night 2. He was a villager.

Darn it wish I knew what that actually meant!

Have you now acquired a post restriction? You didn't feel the laughably fake drunk posting was enough of a gambit?

I'm thinking Lewwyn was perhaps some kind of investigator, looking for the wolf that stole his nose. He did keep asking his suspects for it. *shrug*
