It's only an approximation, but 15 tiles to our nearest neighbour should be roughly correct. It could be slightly less, but it should be in that ballpark.
So we should have at least 15 turns before someone could get a Warrior to our capital. Probably more, because:
(a) only 1-2 civs should be nearest neighbours, everyone else will be further away
(b) those civs would have to head their Warriors away at the expense of exploring their own immediate area - either forfeiting their own early safety (no defence) or wasting their time building a Warrior first (delayed Worker)
© one of those civs would have to - by chance - head in the exact right direction for 10-12 turns to even find our borders, when they're just as likely to head in any other direction... plus there's a good chance they wouldn't take the quickest path even if they did head in the right general direction
And remember that as Sullla has said, 3/8 civs should start with a Scout (if Plako has set that up right)... so the odds of our nearest neighbour(s) all starting with Warriors is far from 100%.
TL;DR - We shouldn't have to worry at all about Warriors invading our capital for the first 15 turns, quite probably longer.
