reason why you got to is that Mardoc sent before i vertified that the tracker was done eventhrough at that point it was working for everyone but the sareln->Iskender part

In theory if I get the save and plug in the admin pw, I should be able to edit the map, right? You can send it to spellman23 at gmail if that's the case.

Otherwise we'll have to replay the first set of turns.

Ah, good, that means the tracker address works. At least my relevant bit. I'll be sending only to the tracker from now on, just didn't want to delay the game if Sian hadn't gotten around to setting up the forwarding yet.

Fudgcicles. Sorry guys, I can't seem to figure out how to hack the save, so I went into WB to fix things. Two teams have similar colors and so I edited the wrong player with the wrong units.

Also gave me a chance to fix some FoW mishaps I had forgotten about. Turns out randomly spawning a unit to check the player's color gives that player sight of that region!

Gonna resend to Sian to start over. Luckily no major intel from the first turn. Also, this lets me fix the silly name of the game!


EDIT: major admin powers it seems are so you can replace a player and their password. And that's mostly it. =[

Ah well, thanks for correcting it, 24 hours isn't much in the grand scheme of things regardless. And at least my turn ought to go faster, when I'm just repeating moves instead of figuring them out.

Hmm... for reasons beyond my ken, it seems that after renaming my Planetfall installation folder to Planetfall PBEM2, I get a crash to desktop everytime I try to load the mod. (The mod loads just fine if the folder is called Planetfall v16). Anybody know what I might be doing wrong?

How are you loading it? The shortcut will require some changing in the settings.

Loading BTS, and then choosing "Load a Mod" from the "Advanced" menu.
(I shuffle folder names for FFH mods all the time, so I'm confused as to why this would give me trouble.)
