At the main RBCiv forum, there's no way to visit threads that haven't been posted in recently. Why? huh
Civilization IV sure runs like a dream on my new computer.

Just scroll to the bottom where it says "display options". Default is set to threads that have new posts in the last 30 days, but you can set it to display all the threads on the board if you want to read through them.
