We all know that two teams have built their own very shiny warriors now, starting to build the military-industrial complex that Eisenhower warned the American people about.
Now you have the chance to guess exactly which teams that have started to fall under the lure of the military-industrial complex, disdaining farmer's gambits, the making of swords into plowshares, and dragging their economy down.

I am not sure what purpose this poll serves.
And I don't agree with the title.
There are three civs out there that have a hunting start. Doesn't that mean they start with a scout instead of a warrior?
In that case I can't blame them with going warrior first for security reasons.
Just imagine our estimate of 17 tiles between capitals is completely wrong and a warrior appears out of the fog in the NW next turn ...
I personally feel that opening polls with this title, among other things, are the reason why RB comes over as arrogant.

It serves no purpose but to amuse and give some bragging rights to those who guess correctly.

Why do we have to be polite? Warrior first is a horribly noob opening in a game like this. If we have an enemy warrior walk into our capital next turn and kill us, warrior first is STILL a terrible opening. Opening with anything other than a starting worker is suicidal from a growth curve perspective. If you want, I can sim out an opening with warrior first build and one of those awful starting tech combos (Mysticism/Hunting lol) and demonstrate just how unbelievably bad it is. While I do believe in being respectful to other players and teams, it's not disrespectful to note when mistakes are made (criticize the play, not the player). And this is a DREADFULLY bad mistake that two teams just made.
Doing this intelligently, the first T6 warrior had to come from WPC, German team, CivPlayers, or UniversCiv. The last two teams both started with scouts, so I would guess that it's one of those two. I would lean towards UniversCiv; OT4E of CivPlayers is a very good Ironman player, and I can't see him making an error like that. UniversCiv seemed pretty inexperienced in their old games (I went through a couple very briefly on their forums) and I can definitely see them opening warrior first.
The T8 warrior is a pure guess, but I would peg the other scout start held by Spanish Apolyton. They are Agg/Chr after all, and anyone noob enough to pick Boudica as their leader is surely noob enough to open warrior first.

Disregarding your last sentence, I agree with the right to critique. Its similar in any art where you want to get better, you'll need to let other people tell you where you could be better.
That being said you can be nicer or meaner about doing it. The definition of 'criticism' is fairly broad but I've found as a general rule of thumb that if you criticize someone, you should propose how to address faults in a non-lazy way with atleast the barest of analysis. Otherwise you stray into the realm of simply taking potshots.
I mean, if you're legitimately trying to teach people then you should not distract your audience with thinking you're being malicious. Otherwise you're not really accomplishing teaching and you're just drawing attention to your own awesomeness. A very slight but important distinction I've learned over the years.
@MH, I think RB tends towards being critical with a desire to teach but poor execution which can come over as arrogant sounding. I guess you just have to get used to it.
PS. Should we keep all the WTF/Weed stuff in one thread since it seems like we'll talk about it alot? We criticize the admin, we criticize the teams, we criticize Sommer. Might as well concentrate all the griping to a single point which if gripe were mass would be a neutron star.

It seems I'm not alone in posting a troll vote for RB opening warrior first. We're running away with the vote!

Just to toss out crazy suggestions, how hard would it be to pull off a warrior rush? Assuming you theorized the player positions correctly, could a team rush 3 or 4 warriors and hope to kill a team that wasn't paying attention to C&D? Has anyone tried that in a PBEM at RB?

Doesn't look like there's a lot of faith in the authenticity of the turn report screenshots. :neenernee
