Congratulations with researching Algaculture, Mardoc! In the purely hypothetical situation your next goal research goal is Pressure Dome and you found the Ascetic Virtues, would you be willing to sign open borders with me and spread the religion to one of my bases?

At the moment I was just wondering if you were interested at all. My interest in the Ascetic Virtues depends on the question if there would be other religions available at the time.

Oh, I'm definitely willing to spread a religion I get, for the right fee.

I'm still debating the value of each religion. Is it possible to get the benefit of more than one, if you're willing to pay the unhappiness tax?

Certainly. And if you run Democratic, you don't get the unhappiness either.

By the way, I'm wondering, if you got a religion, would you be spreading it to the AI factions? And are you just asking a fee because I'm a human player and recognize the value of having a religion? I'm asking because if you wouldn't even want to spread your religion to the AIs, it would be a sign the cost of missionaries needs to be reduced.
