Hate to be "that guy" and nag, but any process on the email notifications? Or any idea what the issue is?

Sunrise's ISP is blocking traffic on port 25 ( generic anti-botnet precaution ), which is the default gateway for incoming and outgoing emails. Pitboss application uses port 25 and has no configuration setting to override that. The mail server I want to use as relay has a fallback port 576 it can operate on, but that would require sunrise to redirect traffic on his router ( no idea what's the feasibility or status on that ).
