Won by the Rover. I wish Vanguard could take City Raider. C4 CR1 Chopper would be a killer.

EDIT: I just realized the odds were lower because the Rover had left the high ground before attacking (+40% to str instead of 60%). Still won though.

Last turn EOT Domai flashed a little stack of his.

This turn I went ahead and declared on him. I don't have any Genites yet (still about 10 turns to train a reasonable number of them) but tank skirmishes might be enough to spawn a Great General (for the Prometheus Instutute = moar GPP)

A Creator spread Homo Superior to the capital. Looks like HS GPP are also generic (6 turns until the next GP)

As for Council thread, Maniac tries to bullshit his way to an right of passage agreement, open borders and map trade from his neighbours, since obviously it'll make that whole spying shtick slightly easier. Unfortunately for him his neighbours are not buying the bullshit
