In that game, Sareln actually confessed to having diplomacy as his tech (afraid Rowain would catch him lying, I guess). I guess the same thing happened here, pretty much everyone gave up their name. I probably should have just listed everyone's "role-name" from the start (i.e., Sister Miriam, not the actual role). Would have required some minimal editing to the setup, but not a whole lot.

I concluded it was a lead immediately. But then again I was also scum, so it was a pretty simple conclusion to make. It would have been a more difficult conclusion for the village, I suppose.

Selrahc not Sareln  (although Sareln was a wolf too) and he only confessed after I probed him. But yes I did think it a telling tech then and thought that maybe could be cought that way. Didn't happen as it was the only non-CIV-tech in the game and Selrahc was lynched for other reasons.
So maybe there is a nameseer just to find Lewwyn's target?

I haven't been reading things too closely, but I think jkaen is the name-seer and Lewwyn is actually Judaa Marr, trying to play cute by saying he's looking for him.
Jkaen scanned Lewwyn and saw that, but he doesn't want to claim his role.

I just cannot see how people think Lewwyn is innocent. He's been so off - in a normal game he'd either be running the show or getting really angry right now & instead he's just dicking off. If he's not non-village I fail and I'll never play WW again.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

Another possibility: Lewwyn is a bit bored with always being villager. Or perhaps, if he's telling the truth about his role, he took it as his "mission" to hunt down Marr, instead of just focusing on broad scum hunting?

eh, I don't think so. Lewwyn seems to grasp the matter ("drone" would count as a name. Tasunke, if name-scanned by a hypothetical name-scanner, would have came up "thinker"). Pretty sure Maniac is the only one not getting that. I don't think its at all important, in any case (like a lot of the village discussion the last 2 days, unfortunately. Really, recruitable mind worms? just silly).
