(Also opposed to a vanilla setup, if that is defined as including a seer.)
Agree with this. The number one thing that sucks about seers is any high-reputation players are going to get scanned early and often and then eat it in a way they can't defend. When I got nailed by seer in WW6 it was really frustrating. When you die because you didn't play well (WW5) that's a lot easier to take. I think seer-variations have their place, but make the village work harder to use that information.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

He brought up mentioning it in the thread, and as soon as I saw it replied, "No, don't!" but it wasn't in time. It worked out perfectly, though. My call would have been to never mention it or use it. That's why you're right about the roleplay thing- people knew who the "nerve stapler" was, so it was more or less a pointless power. Fortunately, Brick played it essentially the only way possible, but it entailed a huge amount of risk.

I think it was appropriate for this game, as it was appropriate in ww13, too.
But I like weird semi-seer roles like TT's vig shot that only kills innocents (ww14) better than pure seers in general. Fun stuff!

Was Tasunke really more off than "usual" though? thestick? Lynching the squeaky wheel is pretty much always going to be a mislynch, because if he's a wolf he'll try to unsqueak (e.g. Commodore, WW12).

Too many games in my mind.
@Injera In WW12 you lynched MNG who turned out to be a WW (which happened to be a lynch I started btw for strangeness reasons )

yes, ww12 is the hole in Injera's theory. and commdore got lynched in that game for the same reason, almost on day 2.
I think the bob lynch was the right play for the village in ww13, and generally think lynching lurkers in the absence of other evidence is a good idea - although you don't always know who the lurkers will be day 1 (molach is a habitual lurker who was very active, and village, this game).
