He wouldn't be disqualified, he'd just have to change his account name. About 90% sure on that.

Yes, but it's likely they would ban him for a few days in that process. It's happened to people mid-gvg match where it was entirely inappropriate. (A guild who named all their guys "Mister Green Man" "Mister White Man" "Mister Purple Man" got a member banned mid-match for "racism"....)

However, the guy has a ton of QPs, so I'd figure disgruntled opponents would have /reported him many times already. I guess Anet thinks this is OK for whatever reason.

I finally tracked down some of those vague 1v1 names, and ninja-edited my predictions accordingly.

I would've added EW if they would have updated in time.

Also a note on the "censored" name. A trouble with hero battles is that the names in the Xunlai system aren't updated properly. For example, the ladder shows Demon Hunter Mai and that's what you will see in-game, but in the XTH you have to pick Pls Patch Crossing. So Mr. Profanity probably already had his name changed, but the XTH system hasn't updated.
