what to queue up in PR? if his warrior south of barbados moves back to the hill 2S of it, he will see that both cities are empty with only the spear in support and he has 2 warriors - he can raze one of them.
what to do with the workers?

Not quite. CR1 gives a 20% bonus, the hill gives 25%. Since we'll have a slight edge, that gives us like 62% odds to win. They'll need more reinforcements if they want to take tortuga.

i guess if his warrior does go NE to get sight on our cap, we could move the axe there and take him out and shuttle the spear back to PR
I was thinking of 3 axe builds - but the axe in PR is going to take 6 turns and no chance of whipping anything for 16 turns if we continue to work the copper.
well, we might need it - so 3 axe builds it is.

ok - moving workers to preroad to the horses - i know this probably wastes some turns, but they are in danger if we move them back to cap

As long as we're at war, there's nothing we can do but just keep pumping axes everywhere .

Btw, war elephants are off for all teams including Khmer. It is shown in the settings thread.
Agree we have to build axes in all three cities for now. If only we had settled the horses. We could have pumped out some chariots to take care of these pesky axes. Btw how in the world have m3 managed to build Stonehenge and a barracks as well as three axes in this short period of time?

On the other hand, if we had gone for chariots, they could make spears and maybe fork the horse city. I think our city placement is fine, but I'm worried that our cities are all too small. I think that's how they're outproducing us.
